Continuing in their trajectory, Wanda chef and artisan baker, and Gustavo both former owners of (Bayaonda Restaurant and Artisan Breads) have now created Playa Negra Fine Foods at their property (once her grandfather's home and cattle ranch), in front of beautiful Black Sand Beach.  

 

Their passion and knowledge of multi-ethnic cuisines & PR Criollo tradition define the unique cooking style and recipe creations found at Playa Negra Fine Foods. It is a no short-cut food approach, using the freshest and best quality ingredients (some from their farm).   

 

You will find wonderful salads, sandwiches, artisan breads, pastries, tapas, distinctive dishes, local artisan brews and biodynamic wines; to enjoy anywhere or in our easygoing and relaxed setting...
